Summer Advancement Program

Are you a high school junior? You can get a head start on college with the Summer Advancement program!

Through the Summer Advancement Program, you'll get a taste of the college experience as you take regular college courses taught by University of Dayton professors. The credits you earn can be transferred to any college or university, and you only have to pay for your textbooks, transportation, personal expenses, and any laboratory or materials fees.

This program is offered during the second summer session, which runs from mid-June to the end of July.

Application Information

Applying to the Summer Advancement Program is simple. Just complete the free application (PDF) and give it to your high school guidance counselor. Your counselor should complete the recommendation and attach your official high school transcript, including any PACT, PSAT, ACT or SAT scores, and mail the completed application and transcript to:
