Experience is the best teacher.
We offer campus visit programs to fit your schedule. Review the options below, then schedule your visit online.
Senior Information Sessions
As a high school senior, you have specific questions about the University of Dayton. Depending on which senior session(s) you choose to attend, your visit may last between 30 minutes to three hours. The senior information session includes a half-hour admission and financial aid presentation, followed by a one-hour campus tour.
You may also opt to attend a financial aid appointment (beginning in March) and an academic exploration session.
To schedule your visit, call our Campus Visit Coordinator at 800-UD PRIDE (800-837-7433) or submit your request online.
Academic Exploration
During the academic exploration, offered daily at 11:30 a.m., a renowned faculty member will provide an overview of opportunities available throughout the University and discuss how to be a successful student at the University of Dayton.
Academic explorations are only available to high school seniors.
You may schedule your academic exploration as part of the senior information session.
Financial Aid Appointments
As a high school senior, you (and your parents) probably have questions about financial aid. That's why we're here. Beginning March 26, a limited number of half-hour appointments are available for you to discuss your financial aid options with our knowledgeable counselors.
Beginning next month, you will be able to schedule your financial aid appointment by calling our Campus Visit Coordinator at 800-UD PRIDE (800-837-7433) or submitting your request online.
Sophomore/Junior Information Session
Have questions about the University of Dayton — or just want to learn more? Our helpful admission and financial aid staff will share everything you need to know, and you'll also tour campus. If you select this option, plan to spend approximately two hours on campus, which includes a half-hour information session and a one-hour campus tour.
To schedule your visit, call our Campus Visit Coordinator at 800-UD PRIDE (800-837-7433) or submit your request online.
If you'd like to schedule an appointment with a faculty member, please contact the academic department (.pdf) directly.
Sophomore/Junior Information Sessions begin January 17.
Campus Tours
Explore the places you'll eat, sleep, learn and have fun for the next four years. A one-hour campus tour is scheduled as part of the information session.
Saturday Visits
Are your weekdays too busy to make it to campus? Information sessions and campus tours are offered on select Saturday mornings during the academic year.
Our Saturday visits for the spring semester will be held on January 28, February 18, March 24 and April 21.
To schedule your visit, call our Campus Visit Coordinator at 800-UD PRIDE (800-837-7433) or submit your request online.
Organized Group Visits
For chaperoned groups (10 or more students) visiting campus, we offer tours and information sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. These group visits are limited to current high school students.
The admission office will accommodate as many of your requests as possible; however, some dates are not available due to campus events (such as exams, fall break, spring break, etc.). We are unable to provide meal vouchers, overnight accommodations or transportation to campus as part of a group visit.
To schedule, please call the Campus Visit Coordinator directly at 937-229-4463.
Open House
On select Sunday mornings in the fall semester, you can attend an Open House and discover why more than 7,100 students call the University of Dayton their home-away-from-home.
Our 2011 Open House dates have passed, and the 2012 dates will be posted in August.
