This city, one of the intellectual and cultural capitals of the world, is an exciting and ideal place to study communication. Our students traveled to Rome in summer 2012. Field trips, guest speakers, and site visits helped familiarize students with the Italian culture and engaged them in the process of learning about communication in international settings.

Shanghai Program

Early June - Early July 2011

Shanghai, one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world, is an ideal location in which to study communication. Shanghai is a media and public relations center in Asia. Last offered in summer 2011, coursework focused on intercultural communication, video production, and public relations in Asia. Students spent several days in Beijing as well as field trips to other nearby cities.
