Faculty & Staff

The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest academic unit at the University of Dayton. We have more than 240 full-time faculty who teach within the many diverse departments and programs we offer. We supplement our teaching faculty with very well-qualified part-time teaching staff as well. Some programs also utilize the expertise of faculty from other schools within the University - the School of Business Administration, the School of Engineering, the School of Education and Allied Professions, and the School of Law. Our administrative staff is well-prepared to assist with both student and faculty needs such as academic department administration, program coordination, laboratory management and instruction, technical support, and more.
