Areas of Study
As part of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Dayton, the Department of Geology strives for academic excellence in the field of earth and environmental science. We recognize that our majors’ concentration in the geosciences is part of a greater liberal arts education within the context of the Catholic Marianist tradition.
