Financial Mathematics Clinic
Teams of financial mathematics students work on projects that develop, modify or apply sophisticated financial instruments. Projects are sought from local and regional corporations and specifically from internship sponsors. Teams can work with faculty advisors from various departments as well as advisors from the corporate world. A Mathematics Clinic project topic is pre-approved by the team members' respective advisory committee. Teams present their work in an oral presentation, via a public briefing, and a written report, submitted to the student's advisory committee. The clinic counts for 3 credit hours.
