How to Schedule an Audition

Complete the following when scheduling an audition. All forms are available below.

1. An Audition Request may be completed on-line using the links at right, or by downloading and completing a printable form. Downloaded forms may be mailed, faxed or emailed to the address below.
2. Other required forms include two Confidential Recommendations.

Confidential Recommendations may be submitted at your scheduled audition. 

Audition applicants will receive final details of the audition (including time and location) by email approximately one week before their audition.

Prospective Music Education students must write an essay (approximately 100 – 150 words) on the topic of why you want to be a music educator.  E-mail your essay to the Coordinator of Music Education at least 1 week prior to the audition date 

NOTE: We do not accept auditions by DVD or CD unless there are geographical prohibitions that prevent you from traveling to our campus.
