Pricing & Registration
Due to a large volume of applications, registration for the Vocal Performance Institute has been extended to June 1.
Cost of Attendance
The Department of Music is happy to announce that Institute pricing has been reduced for 2013. Residential students will pay $485 and commuters will pay $375, making it the most reasonably priced program of its type in the area. A nonrefundable application fee of $50 is due at the time of registration.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Talent and need-based scholarships are available upon request on a first come, first served basis. More than 90% of past participants received some type of financial aid and many received scholarships.
Checks or money orders must be made out to Vocal Performance Institute.
Early arrivals are available the evening before (Sunday, June 23) for a small fee. Arrangements must be confirmed with the coordinator prior to arrival.
Registration begins on January 1 and ends on June 1, 2013 with scholarships announced by May 28. Register early because scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A $50.00 non-refundable fee is due at the time of application to the program. No applications will be accepted after June 10, 2013.
A deposit of $100.00 is due from accepted participants four weeks before the start of the camp and is applied to the tuition. Please do not submit a deposit or any additional payments until you have receive confirmation of acceptance.
Registrations received after the June 1 deadline may be subject to a $30 late fee. No registrations will be accepted after June 10.
Fully refunded cancellations, minus $50.00 non-refundable application fee, may be made until the June 1 deadline. After June 1, housing and meal portion of tuition is forfeited and a $175 late cancellation fee will be subtracted from refund amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or postal mail by the guardian who registered the participant. No refunds will be granted ten working days before the institute begins.

All registrants must complete these forms and mail them to the following address. Commuters, please read the Commuter Contract below. This contract must be signed and submitted with all commuter registrations.
