Final Presentation to Olive
04.26.2012We had our Final Presentation to the Olive, owner Kim yesterday. For our Entrepreneurship Capstone project we have to do a complete business analysis, strategy and tactic development for an actual business. My group had the great opportunity of having to develop a complete Strategic Management concept for Kim's restaurant business in order to make it a sustainable and profitable business.
We spent the whole semester researching the market and devising a plan for her to achieve her five year goal for the restaurant she created.
Our class grade was basically dependent upon two things: our final presentation and the final report that we submitted to Kim.
So, we worked a lot on these two things!
The presentation went very well and we believe that she was also very satisfied with our suggestions!
