Agent Double-Intern
12.18.2011If you’ve been reading my blogs for a while you might have picked up on the fact that I might be a bit of a workaholic. Knowing this, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that I’m taking on two internships next semester in addition to my courses. Now, in my defense, I’m only taking 11 credits of classes and 1 credit is coming from one of my internships. You already know about my Buzznet internship, but I decided to take one with Visionworks Music Marketing as well. I’m so excited about this one because it will allow me to use my French skills as well as my online research, writing, and communication knowledge! Plus, it’s all about music, so I really can’t go wrong there. Basically with this one I’ll be researching online platforms for music, checking out how consumers are getting their music, helping with marketing and promotions, and writing social media posts. My main focus will be with AM & Shawn Lee, whose album drops in France in February and in England in March. Way chill and awesome. And maybe I’m a little biased, but you should still check them out. Tune in to blogs in the future to see how I balance two internships, class, and work that I’ll get paid for…oh, and I might throw in a little social time if I can.
