Roomie Nights Number 201.30.2011
Last night was the second official Roomie Night at 1306 Brown St! My roommates and I decided that Sunday nights this semester would be our time to eat dinner together and bond, since our schedules are so crazy and we barely see each other during the week. As previously mentioned, we are taking a journey through all seven seasons of Gilmore Girls on DVD and IÂm proud to say that Lorelai and Rory have now become a part of our Roomie Nights.
Usually for Roomie Nights we want to cook something together, but because we had such a busy weekend we didnÂt have time to go to the store to buy ingredients. Sad. But never fear! We have all of Brown Street at our disposal, so we chose to let DeweyÂs Pizza be our dinner provider for the evening. And I think it was probably the best decision we could have made. Emily and I shared a southwest barbecue chicken pizza, and Annie and Lauren shared a more traditional half pepperoni and mushroom, half pepperoni and pineapple. I also had a side salad (Peppercorn Ranch, to be specific) and Annie and Emily also got different side salads.IÂm not even going to lie, we finished everything. These were 13Â pizzas, by the way. Which may not sound like a big deal, but trust me, it is. We were all super full when we left and stayed that way for quite a while. All the way through three or four episodes of Gilmore Girls. WeÂre currently on the second disc of Season 3 and weÂre hoping we can get through all seven seasons by the time we graduate in May 2012 so weÂre going to have some long viewing parties during Roomie Nights to come!
