Image Frames
Size & Color
At times, full-bleed images may be framed by a colored border to establish connection to color-coded sections of a universitywide piece. For example, if yellow is designated color of a universitywide brochure's Campus Life section, yellow may frame an image used in that section. Frames are recommended only for images that bleed off at least three sides of a page. Frames are free to live on some or all sides of the image, as well as run a partial or full length of the image. Designers are free to use their discretion.
