The 2012 Everest Real Estate Challenge

After a selection process based on interest and entrepreneurial aptitude, twelve junior and senior ENT majors divided into teams of three, with each performing a market, operational and financial analysis of the property, making comprehensive recommendations at presentation day in March 2012.
