Aileron serves business owners by helping them lead and manage their companies, driving growth, innovation and jobs. So far, it has over $1,000,000 in sales and serves as our partner in arranging internships for its many clients. The Entrepreneur's Center, the local Dayton business incubator, is also a regular source for internships for our entrepreneurship majors.

Chad Andrulonis, a junior Entrepreneurship major, is currently interning at Alieron, the former Center for Entrepreneurship Education. He tells us, "As an Entrepreneurship major, Aileron provides me a hands on experience of professional management on a daily basis. The responsibilities and freedom given to me as an intern have helped further my passion in Entrepreneurship."
