Documents and Forms

Begin the process of compiling the documents and forms required for your study abroad experience as soon as possible. If you haven’t already applied for a passport, for example, you should do so immediately.  Passport applications can take several weeks to process.  A new passport is required for travel after expiration of either five years (if you are under 18 years of age) or ten years (if you are 18 years of age or older).

ISICs (International Student Identity Cards) are optional.  You may receive discounts at, for example, museums. You can purchase an ISIC through various organizations, one of which is linked below.

Other documents available below are required by the University of Dayton for students traveling in University-sponsored programs.  Getting a head start on this paperwork will prevent last-minute stress for you and your family!
