Blair joined the Cornell/Nicholson Team in 1997 while with J.C. Bradford & Co., where he began his career as an intern preparing client review statements. He worked closely with Tim and Shaun for several years to learn the solid business practices they established. He began his career with UBS in 1999 as a Client Service Associate and, after receiving his bachelor's degree in personal finance from Ohio University, entered the UBS training program to become a Financial Advisor.
Working with a seasoned Financial Planning team, Blair continually improves upon the high-quality client service he provides his clients. Driven by a personal commitment to excellence, he has established himself as a trusted Financial Advisor. Primarily working with individuals going through life transitions, Blair assisted them in keeping their financial house in order. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certificant and holds Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as insurance licenses. Blair was recognized in 2007 as National MVP of his financial advisory graduate class.
He is also involved with Sigma Chi Fraternity, Ronald McDonald House and Fairhaven Church, where he teaches Sunday School and finance classes. When not assisting clients with their financial needs, Blair can be found pursuing his favorite winter sports or, in the warmer months, golfing with family, friends and clients, and is a regular volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul Shelter. He and his wife, Kat live in Sprinboro, Ohio with their two children, Caitlin and Carter.
