Faculty Perspective

Having worn many hats in my life, I have an interest in showing students how they can combine various facets of their experiences into artistic output. During my undergraduate years, my interest in the sciences led me to work within that field. Many years later, exposure to that environment has an ever-increasing impact on my current studio practice. I want to help students realize that their own background is the substance of their unique voice they bring to their art making.
