Profile
Dr. Payne works in the philosophy of law. He is an associate professor in the Department of Philosophy. He earned a B.A. from Xavier University, an M.A. from Boston College, and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. He regularly teaches the course "Philosophy of Law."
