Profile
Dr. Elhamri joined the faculty of the physics department in 1997. He received his Ph.D. in 1995 and his master's degree in 1991, both in physics, from the University of Cincinnati. From 1995-97 he was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Cincinnati. He earned his B.A. in physics from Kenyon College. Dr. Elhamri does research in the area of semiconductor physics. Currently, he is mostly focused on wide bandgap semiconductors.
