Education

Bachelor of General Studies, with minors in Communication and Business from the University of Dayton

Professional Experience

Chris has worked at the University of Dayton since 1994. She has held various positions within Career Services, including in alumni placement, information technology and employer relations. Prior to joining the University of Dayton she worked in retail and was a stay at home mom for thirteen years.

She has an interest in leadership development and served on the Leadership UD Development Team for two years after completing the program in 2003. With Mark Sisson, she has conducted research on the use of Facebook by students and employers and has presented to regional and national audiences on the topic. She is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Mid-West Association of Colleges and Employers. She has served in a leadership capacity for various volunteer organizations in the Dayton area.

Chris is originally from the Dayton area and currently lives in Cedarville Township, OH with her husband. They have four grown children and two grandsons.
