    Profile

    Lindsay L. Chichester is an attorney with the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, and a member of the Immigration Practice Group. For employers, she manages high-volume, complex permanent residence sponsorship cases on behalf of multinational and domestic corporations before the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Additionally, Lindsay has experience preparing J-1 program applications before the U.S. Department of State for exchange program sponsors.

    In the area of employment eligibility verification, Lindsay provides comprehensive I-9 compliance training, audit assistance, and representation in defense of enforcement actions, utilizing her experience as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and her time as a member of the Interior Enforcement Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

    Lindsay also serves as an advocate for companies and individuals in immigration-related administrative and federal court proceedings and counsels clients on criminal matters, including immigration consequences and deportation.
