Profile
Jenifer Wilhelm is an administrative hearing officer for the Montgomery County Child Support Enforcement Agency. She is a former Juvenile Court magistrate, Montgomery County prosecutor and civil litigation attorney. With more than 20 years of experience in child protection and family law, she is able to introduce law students to the many areas of the law through which they can pursue service to children and families.
Professor Wilhelm is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was a staff writer for the University of Dayton Law Review. She has previously served as a visiting professor of law in the University of Dayton Law Clinic and has taught as an adjunct professor since 2004. She is on the Board of Trustees of Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley.
