Profile

Sr. Phyllis' main function is to welcome you to the Marian Library. She answers your questions about the Library, gives tours, and helps find books. She also classifies and enters data for items in the Sutton File. She enters records for non-book items ( CDs, DVDs, cassettes, videos, pamphlets, and articles) into databases and she updates the mailing lists for the Marian Library Newsletter and other mailing lists. She also helps the Office Coordinator with hospitality items and special projects and provides secretarial assistance on short-term projects.
