Nichole is responsible for creating University of Dayton Libraries' promotional materials, as well as managing the digitization of archival collections and scholarly materials for the University. She is a project manager for the institutional repository, eCommons, as well as web designer and content manager for the libraries' website. She also assists with exhibit space design and curates exhibits within Roesch Library.

Nichole is the chair of the Digital Projects Committee, as well as a member of the University Libraries Marketing and Outreach team, Libraries Council, Website committee, Read On! Book Drive committee, AALI Communications team and an ArtStreet SPARK Ambassador.
