Explore Engineering
February or March 2014
Noon-4 p.m.
Registration required. No fee.
The School of Engineering invites high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to explore engineering — the hands-on way! Visit campus and learn about engineering design and innovation. Activities are led by faculty and graduate students from the departments of chemical, civil, electrical and computer, and mechanical engineering, as well as the engineering technology programs: electronic and computer, global manufacturing systems, industrial, and mechanical. University of Dayton students, parents, alumni, faculty and staff will be available for questions. Representatives from the Cooperative Education Program, the Minority Engineering Program, and the Women Engineering Program will also be available.
Space is limited, and registration is required. Early registration is encouraged as lab assignments will be made on a first-registered, first-assigned basis; and registration often fills up before the registration deadline.
