Bio: Saibabu Arigela is an electrical and computer engineering (ECE) Ph.D. student at the University of Dayton. As a graduate research assistant under the supervision of Dr. Vijayan Asari, Ohio Research Scholars Endowed Chair in Wide Area Surveillance, Mr. Saibabu is an active contributor to the Computer Vision and Wide Area Surveillance Laboratory (Vision Lab) at the University. Specializing in computer vision research, his primary research focus is in the field of image enhancement, image super resolution, image dehazing and detection of whale presence in IR video. Mr. Saibabu's other research interests include stereo vision, object recognition, object tracking, motion detection and estimation.
