- Certified, Registered, Insured, International, media, and First Class stamps and services
- internal campus mail

- delivery confirmation
Sending mail to residence halls and off-campus addresses

- automated addressing

- inserting
- tabbing
- outgoing USPS mail and parcels to UD departments
Mailing helpful hints
- items to be metered must have UD department return address
- sending department must have valid account number attached to their outgoing mail
- international mail must be separated from regular mail and have custom forms attached as required by the USPS
- all large envelopes must be sealed
