Q: What is the Campus Campaign?

A: The Campus Campaign is the annual fundraising appeal to all members of the University of Dayton community – faculty, staff, and students. The campaign for faculty and staff is titled, “We Are UD.” The student giving campaign happens year-round through the Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow (STAT) program.

Q: If I made a payroll deduction commitment in the spring, does it count for this fiscal year?

A: Yes. And you will be contacted this upcoming spring about renewing your support for fiscal year 2014.

Q: What can I support with my gift?

A: You may direct your gift to almost any area of the University you wish to support, the only exception being a fund over which you have direct spending authority over. So if there is a particular scholarship fund that is special to you, a colleague’s research that you want to show support for or a sport that you favor, you are welcome to direct your giving as such.

If, however, you are looking for the broadest impact, consider the UD Fund — the unrestricted fund that supports everything from keeping the lights on in Roesch Library late at night to providing study abroad dollars for students.
