There’s something about Mary ... and there’s something about UD.

Outside of UD, people are surprised that I’ve worked at the same university for 22 years. I’m not. There are a lot of reasons I choose to stay here year after year: The Marianist charism pervades the place. I often get to watch a student “get it.” My colleagues across campus are always willing to collaborate. And it’s great to work at a university that is constantly growing and improving, yet retaining its family spirit.

Not only do these things keep me working here, but they are some of the reasons why I support the Campus Campaign. Our commitment to community, our education of the whole person, and our ability to live out Fr. Chaminade’s idea that “new times call for new methods” don’t happen by accident. They are intentional. And they take resources.

I believe in the mission of the University of Dayton. Join me in supporting it.
