In keeping with its Catholic and Marianist traditions, the University of Dayton is committed to the growth and development of its employees as reflected in our critical leadership competency of developing professional and technical skills. Through its own training/education programs and by funding other continuing education programs offered on campus, Learning & Development supports and encourages employees in their career development activities, including skills training and professional development.
