Office of Human Resources Training and Registration

The office of human resources provides training/education on university-specific policies and procedures as well as skills training for administrative support positions and general topics of interest.

The current semester’s Learning & Development offerings for university employees appears below and in the current Training Brochure (pdf). If you are uncertain about what programs to attend, speak to your supervisor or contact your employee relations manager or Celine O’Neill at 229-4895 for more information.  It may also be helpful to review the document Answering the Call to Lead (pdf).

We also offer an exciting opportunity for nonexempt employees to be accepted into a multi-session information and networking program, UD Connections. This opportunity is similar to the cohort program for exempt employees, Leadership UD.

For customized training and consultative/coaching services, please contact your employee relations manager or Celine O’Neill.

Please only register for sessions that you will attend.  Your registration is uniquely tied to your University ID, so please do not register for other attendees.
