Attending programming and events outside of the classroom will enhance your classroom experience and introduce you to new concepts and ideas. Each semester, international and intercultural events are offered on campus, ranging from guest speakers sharing their views on world events to the latest in foreign films and international music. Most events are free and many are open to students, faculty, staff, and the Dayton community.

Friends of Africa Reception:
The Friends of Africa Reception is a chance to meet students, faculty and staff with an interest in or affiliation to Africa. Enjoy delicious food, great company and a festive atmosphere, all emphasizing and celebrating Africa and its diverse culture! The Friends of Africa Reception will be Tuesday, February 7 from 4-5:30 p.m., in the KU Torch Lounge.
