CLE Program on Government Contracting

A CLE program on government contracting will be held in Keller Hall on Wednesday, September 14. Registration and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by the CLE program from 12:30-3:45 p.m.

The program, “Government Contracting: The Ins and Outs of Small Business Programs, Contract Compliance and Government Investigations,” is sponsored by Taft Stettinius & Hollister and presented by the Association of Corporate Counsel, Southwest Ohio Chapter.

Associate Law Professor Eric Chaffee will moderate the program. It includes presentations by Barbara Duncombe and Suzanne Sumner, both of whom are partners at Taft Stettinius & Hollister; and panelists Andrew Schwartz, secretary, corporate counsel and chief procurement officer at Lion, and Bruce Teeters, Vice president and deputy chief counsel at BAE Systems.

The CLE will cover small business preference programs, contract compliance and government rules and investigations.

Registration Information

This program has been approved for three hours CLE credit in both Ohio and Kentucky. The program is free for UDSL students, Association of Corporate Counsel members and in-house counsel guests.
