INTA Trademark Law Roundtable

The University of Dayton School of Law and Teradata Corporation will co-host an International Trademark Association (INTA) roundtable in Keller Hall on Wednesday, June 27. The program takes place from noon to 2 p.m.

The program is one of more than 30 roundtables on trademark law the INTA is organizing in June.

The roundtable, "Trademark Law and Practice Updates Around the World," will include discussions of laws and regulations in the fields of trademark prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. 

Topics focused on U.S. trademark law will include: Nice Classification System, Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) 4.9 release and TEAS Plus, and Trademark Manual of Examination Procedures. Topics focused on international trademark law will include: changes at WIPO, trademark practice in Latin American and the Caribbean, and trademark law in Asia.

Registration Information

Participants must register for the roundtable with INTA by June 22.

Roundtable reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and the only acceptable method of payment is by credit card. Each session is typically limited to 30 registrants. Registration is $45 and includes lunch.

University of Dayton law students may attend at no charge. Students should RSVP by June 22 by emailing Kelly Henrici.
