HERE YOU'LL DO MORE THAN STUDY BUSINESS.
YOU'LL CONDUCT IT.

In the School of Business Administration, you study business theory, then practice it in the real world. You might manage a multimillion dollar investment portfolio, tackle information projects for local companies or develop strategic plans for non-profit organizations in the city. You engage with your professors — successful business people themselves — in animated discussions in small, interactive classes. Conduct business with the latest technology at your fingertips and study abroad to get a feel for the global economy. These skills, coupled with the service-minded awareness of the University of Dayton's educational philosophy, create savvy, forward-thinking and, above all, ethical leaders who seek to make a positive mark in the business world for decades to come.

WE'RE READY TO CHANGE THE WAY THE WORLD DOES BUSINESS.

As a Catholic, Marianist university, we prepare ethical leaders with business savvy and a global outlook.

And our students don't just study business theory. They practice it. Our entrepreneurship program consistently ranks in the top 15, and we're the home of Flyer Enterprises, one of the largest student-run businesses in the country. In our state-of-the-art Davis Center for Portfolio Management, undergraduates run one of the top 15 student-managed portfolios in the country and rub shoulders with the biggest names on Wall Street through our annual R.I.S.E. global investment forum. Our undergraduate and MBA students tackle projects for hundreds of local companies and develop strategic plans for non-profits.

The Princeton Review ranks us among the best business schools in the country. Students speak highly of the MBA program. It's one of 15 named to The Princeton Review's "Student Opinion Honors for Business Schools."

All in all, this is great place to learn how to make your mark on the world.

GRADUATE WITH A MILLION DOLLAR RÉSUMÉ.

Our students graduate with not only business know-how but also the ambition to change the way it’s done.  Handling multi-million dollar portfolios, like you do in the Davis Center for Portfolio Management, can do that.

Through a curriculum that addresses contemporary business challenges, the school aims to put the University of Dayton graduate ahead of the game.  Just ask Adam Weber, who used his experience as VP of Flyer Enterprises, a $1.3 million student-run operation, to land him the coveted position of assistant brand manager at Proctor & Gamble Co.

You'll incorporate experiential and collaborative learning methods to develop leadership skills, meld theory and practice, and promote ethics and integrity.  Employers appreciate that our students graduate fully prepared for careers in the high-performance world of business.
