Motivate others to achieve success, implement new initiatives or launch your own business with your management skills. With a background in leadership, you will be prepared to motivate others to achieve their goals, understand and improve group dynamics, and manage organizational change.
Program Overview
As part of the leadership program, you will learn to lead by developing competencies in motivation, group dynamics, cross-cultural management and organizational change. You will also discover how to align an organization’s systems with its overall business objectives.
To prepare you for a successful career in management, the leadership program provides you with a solid foundation in management skills and organizational behavior. You'll put your knowledge to use during your senior year, as you team with local businesses to solve real management challenges through the Seminar in Experiencing Leadership and The Leadership Challenge.
