Decision sciences is the study of business analysis, quantitative methodologies and their application to the problems of any organization. The major areas of study include applied statistics, operations research/management science, decision support systems utilizing business software and simulation modeling.The minor in decision sciences offers business majors and other students an opportunity to develop their skills in the quantitative methods and technology that support business decision-making.
