Cross Cultural

The Cross Cultural ILLC offers both international and American students the opportunity to experience interculturalism in both your English class and with a globally-populated residence hall. We provide an inclusive community for diverse students from across the world to live and learn together as they transition into college. Experiencing your first year of college with students from other cultures, you will develop greater intercultural literacy and competency to help prepare for your future, which may include traveling, studying, or even working in a different country. The Cross Cultural ILLC will strengthen your intercultural skills and help you learn about other cultures beyond the classroom. The course students take in in the CC ILLC is ENG 100-L, Writing Seminar I.
