Hi! My name is Bridget Ebbert and I have been at UD since 1999 in this capacity. It's hard to believe that time flies by so quickly. I attended Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV for my undergraduate degree majoring in Theology with a minor in Philosophy and concentration in teacher preparation high school level (education). I completed my Masters in Theology here at UD and am pursuing a second Masters in Higher Education (I have almost finished with the coursework). I love learning & being in a college setting and UD is a wonderful place to work, learn & serve others! I've been a professional campus minister since 1995. Previously I worked at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown as the full-time Director of Catholic Campus Ministry.

I am originally from Wheeling, WV and have called Dayton since 1999. I am married and have one child.

My hobbies include reading, gardening, and traveling. I wish you a blest year full of growth and insight into your life's journey.

As the Campus Minister for Interdenominational Ministry & Marianist Hall since 2007, I have the joy of sharing in two different aspects of university life at UD. Serving the Interdenominational (i.e. Protestant, Baptist, Lutheran, Methodist, African Methodist Episcopal, United Church of Christ... -- you get the point, right?) students, I hold weekly Worship services on Sundays at 6:00 PM in Marianist Hall Chapel, weekly Bible studies on Thursdays at 9:30 PM in the Marianist Hall Chapel, and a host of other great, fun, and exciting activities/events.

I am an ordained Baptist minister with a heart to serve young adults in their faith journey. My model is that we walk this together. So, wherever you are on your journey with God, I want you to know that we can share together.

Feel free to contact Rev. LaKendra with an email, a call, or visit in the office. See you around!

Hi!  I'm Bro. Tom and I am a Marianist Brother.  In my ministry at the University of Dayton, I work with Becca Muder, a Graduate Student.  Together we serve to the needs of the students in Stuart Complex, a first year Residence Hall.  Our ministry consists of building a strong faith community in the hall so that everyone finds a home, can share their gifts and talents, and become mature men and women of faith.  Through this ministry I have come to know what a great privilege I have been given of journeying and walking with many young persons as they search to live a stronger Christian life.  I am just as excited for my ministry this year as I was many years ago when I first arrived on campus.  During the summer months I moderate the University of Dayton's Summer Appalachia Program (UDSAP).  It is a nine week program in Kentucky, involving fourteen UD students.  We live a very simple community life, create a day camp program for little children, a program for the teens in the evenings, befriend elderly in a nursing home and visit with the families of the kids and teens.  Got a question?  Interested in being part of our ministry?  Give me a call. I would love to hear from you!

A huge Welcome to any of you who may be reading this!  I am a Franciscan Sister (OSF/Order of St. Francis) from Joliet, IL., and have been here at UD since 1989.  I am the Campus Minister for VWK and Gardens on Stewart St.  My other involvements include: Living with Loss (support group for students who have lost someone significant in death), Spectrum (group to support and educate students around LGBT issues); outreach to undergraduate International Students, Advisor for Gamma Epsilon Lambda (GEL).  I enjoy my ministry here at UD and all the learning opportunities of being in a university setting.  My friends and family are important to me, and in my free time I enjoy reading, taking pictures of flowers, making and writing cards (for snail mail), bicycling, baking, eating ice cream, and traveling.  Being in a religious community and having an MS in Counseling Psychology, I have always been intrigued with the interconnections of theology and psychology.  I love the variety of ministries I'm involved with here which nurture and challenge me in all kinds of ways.  I am grateful to all those who have touched my life here at UD and pray sincerely for each person who tells me of a struggle or asks for my prayers.
WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR TODAY?
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO PRAY FOR TODAY?

My name is Maggie Prosser and I am the Graduate Assistant in Marianist Hall. I grew up on the east side of Cleveland and then headed to Cincinnati to do my undergraduate work at Xavier University. Ever heard of it!? I am in my second year of the Masters program in Pastoral Minstry. Working closely with Resident Assistants to provide programming in Marianist Hall, co-chairing the Perspectives on Faith & Life Series, advising retreat teams such as New Beginnings and connecting students with campus resources are just a few of many pieces of my work at UD. I love to be outside in the sun, exorcise at the Rec, travel domestically & internationally, try new food, and spend time with friends and family. Most importantly, I want to be with you as you ask questions and seek answers this year. My office is hidden down the first floor hallway in Marianist. Stop by... I look forward to meeting and getting to know you!

Hello! Allow me to introduce… myself. I’m Becca Muder.

Originally from Kansas City, KS, I attended Emporia State University in Emporia, KS where I studied English and Sociology. After college, I lived in Chicago for two years and was a volunteer for Amate House, a service organization affiliated with the Archdiocese of Chicago and Americorps. As a volunteer, I coordinated a wide variety of social service programs for the West Suburban Catholic Charities of Chicago and worked for WomanCraft, a green social enterprise that serves women working to overcome barriers to employment.

I love coffee, live music, and bicycles. When I grow up, I hope to be a patron of the arts, well traveled, and fluent in Spanish. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, reading, and Stephen Colbert. Last, but certainly not least, I care deeply about social justice, living simply and in solidarity with the poor, and am a huge fan of all that is the Catholic Worker.

Currently, I’m working toward a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry here at UD and am living and working in Stuart Hall. Stop by and see us! And, I wish you much joy and peace this year!
