Campus Activities Board (CAB) is a student run programming board that works with the Office of Student Life and Kennedy Union to provide events for students on UD's campus. We plan events EVERY WEEKEND for the entire UD community. Most events are FREE!

Campus Activities Board works to bring fun events to UD’s campus for the entertainment ofstudents every Friday and Saturday.

Campus Activities Board Committee Descriptions
**All committees meet weekly in addition to the Board meetings held on Sundays.
Finance
This position keeps an ongoing record of the budgets and must give weekly budget updates. Also, mustkeep track of receipts and money spent by each committee and needs to create a googledoc of the cashflow.
Marketing Chair
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining the marketing plan, ensuring all marketing tasksare complete in a timely manner (at least 2 weeks prior to each event), and overseeing the committeemembers. The marketing chair must meet with Co-Presidents bi-weekly.
Marketing Committee (3 members)
1. Responsible for creating fliers using programs such as in design and Photoshop weekly. Also,must order Campus Activities Board apparel and make tickets for events.
2. Responsible for maintaining the social media (twitter and facebook) and weekly emails.
3. Responsible for the website and event promotions such as cab swag, the hangar window, bedsheets, table hours, and assigning photographers at various events.
UD After Dark Chair
This position is responsible for leading the UD after dark group, including ensuring that all forms andregistration are completed and turned in on time. Scheduling committee meetings weekly and meetingwith the Co-presidents bi-weekly
UDAD Committee (2 members)
This committee works together to put on events on campus, home grown events. These types of eventstypically include cookouts, game shows, ice cream and movies, foam parties, etc. UDAD committeemembers must have great communication skills to work together.
Performers Chair
The chair is responsible for leading the performers group; including ensuring that all forms andregistration are completed and turned in on time. Scheduling committee meetings weekly and meetingwith the Co-presidents bi-weekly.
Performers Committee (2 members)
These people will gain knowledge of making and signing contracts with bands and must bring ideas ofperformers to bring to campus. They will need to arrange for hotel accommodations, sound and lightingfor performances, and book venues.
Travel and Recreation Chair
This position is responsible for creating a relationship with local companies to get deals on events. Theymust meet with committee members weekly and bi-weekly with Co-Presidents.
Travel and Recreation Committee (4 members)
These committee members must be available to make the off-campus events every other Saturday.Travel and Rec chooses, plans, and executes a variety of Saturday events off campus from trips to King’sIsland, White Water Rafting, the Greene, Chicago, etc.
