What will the class be like?

CrossFit.com states “Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.”

The class at the RecPlex will consist of many different exercise movements including body weight, free weight, and barbell exercises. Participants will learn Olympic lifting movements as well as participate in high intensity workouts utilizing both the muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

When is the class?

The class runs from January 30 – April 27, 2012
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:00-7:00am and 6:45am-7:45am in the Fitness Center.
*There is a max. of 12 registered participants per class.

How much does the class cost?

You will need to purchase a pass. 
There are two options.

Unlimited - $99

  • $780 value (36 sessions at $20/session)
  • Only $2.75/session

Monthly - $40

  • February, March & April
  • Can buy any single month

How can I purchase a pass?

Passes can be bought in the Main Office of the RecPlex, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

What level of fitness is the class targeted for?

Our CrossFit classes can be changed and adapted to any fitness level. We welcome all experience levels, and promise to deliver a great workout!
