RecKids Camp

It is that time of year again to plan your summer! Campus Recreation is very excited to present the fifth annual year of RecKids Camp.

Camp runs from June 11, 2012 to August 3, 2012.
* In observation of the Independence Day holiday, camp will not be held on July 4, 2012.

Registration

STEP ONE.  Fill out the Camper Registration form HERE

STEP TWO.  Fill out additional forms HERE

STEP THREE.  Bring the completed forms to the UD RecPlex Main Office for payment and processing OR forms may be returned via mail enclose a check or provide contact information for payment via credit card.
*Registration and payment can also be completed by mail. Forms cannot be faxed and must have original signatures.
Payment must be made in full for each session by the payment due date, deposits will not be accepted.

Camp registration for each session closes when the maximum capacity is reached or by the registration deadline, whichever comes first.

Camper Eligibility

RecKids Camp provides programming for youth aged 6 to 12 years old.  
Camper must be born between June 1, 2000 - September 1, 2006 in order to be enrolled in RecKids Camp.

We welcome all University of Dayton and surrounding area community children.

PROOF OF AGE
Proof of age is required for each child being registered for camp.
Acceptable forms include:

• Birth certificate
• Passport
• Immunization record
• State Issued I.D.

*Copies of any of the above will be accepted.

Payment

UDCR accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Checks for those eligible. 
Payment must be made in full for each session by the payment due date, deposits will not be accepted. 
All UD affiliated registrants (UD Rate) must present a current official University of Dayton ID at the time of registration.  
An official University of Dayton ID includes;

• UDID
• Campus Recreation membership ID
• UD Alumni ID

Camp Fees

UD & COMMUNITY RATE
All UD affiliated registrants (UD Rate) must present a current official University of Dayton ID at the time of registration.  
An official University of Dayton ID includes;

• UDID
• Campus Recreation membership ID
• UD Alumni ID.

*The legal parent/guardian of the camper(s) being registered must be the holder of the official UDID to obtain the UD Rate.

SIBLING RATE
The sibling rate may only be applied when two or more siblings are enrolled in RecKids Camp during the same session(s). 
The sibling rate is only applied to the additional child/children. The initial child is at the normal UD or Community Rate. 

*Registration must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the deadline day.
** In observation of the Independence Day holiday, camp will not be held on July 4, 2012.
***A late fee of $20 will be charged for each camp registration submitted after the deadline indicated.

Camp Day Outline

Camp day runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with early drop-off and late pick-up available.

Refunds

It is necessary for the RecKids Camp Director to properly plan for the number of campers scheduled for each session.
With this in mind, the following refund policy has been developed by UDCR Administration to accommodate our camper families:

• Refund request made 30 days or more prior to the first day of the session will be refunded in full minus a $10 administrative fee. 
• Refund request made 29 to 11 days prior to the first day of the session will be refunded at 50% minus a $10 administrative fee. 
• Refund request made 10 days or fewer prior to the first day of the session will not be given.  Illness, injury, or other extraneous circumstances documented by a physician or accredited third-party representative may be directed to the Camp Director for consideration of a refund.  These requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may or may not be awarded.
