Steve's theoretical orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral and Eclectic. His professional interests include wellness issues, stress management, career counseling and administrative issues. Steve is married with three boys. His wife works in the Admissions office. Steve enjoys sports in general and playing softball. He loves ice cream, is active at Ascension Catholic Church, enjoys positive people and loves to travel as he can.

Becky's theoretical orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral, Feminist, Interpersonal Process, Personal Construct. Her professional interests include eating disorders, women’s issues, career counseling and sport psychology. Becky enjoys animals, nature, travel, music, and sports.

Erin Walsh Shiner, Ph.D.

Erin's theoretical orientation is integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, Interpersonal, and Systems Theory. Her professional interests include anxiety management, eating disorders, survivors of sexual abuse, adult children of alcoholics and relationship struggles. Erin is married with two children. She enjoys reading, movies and local theatre.

Rachael has lived in Ohio her whole life but moved to the Dayton area after getting married. She and her husband have two sons who keep them busy. As a family, they try to vacation someplace new each year. Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and socializing with friends. She loves baking, entertaining, card games, Bunco, board games and reading.
