Insurance Billing

The Health Center does not bill health insurance companies directly. However, an itemized statement will be provided upon written request from the student.

If you have any questions regarding bills or health insurance claims contact the Health Center for assistance. The Health Center does not handle any payment transactions and all charges should be paid through the Bursar's Office.
