
Extended Stay & Early Arrival Pricing
Billing
Extended stay/early arrival charges are processed two (2) different ways: fees are charged to the department or charged to the student.
Each department requesting extended stay or early arrival for their students must confirm whether to charge the department or charge to the student. It is the department’s responsibility to share with students to whom and how the fees will be assessed.
Departments accepting charges will be invoiced once the extended stay or early arrival period has ended for all students requested by the Department.
Students will be billed individually to their student accounts once the extended stay or early arrival period has ended.
Nightly Rate
The nightly rate for extended stay and early arrival is: $5.00 per night per student.
Late Fees
The late fee for requesting extended stay or early arrival is $25.00 per student. Late fees are assessed when the request for extended stay or early arrival comes after the deadline indicated on the website.
Departments will need to indicate if the student should be charged or if the department should be charged for the late fee.
Additional Charges
Students who extend their stay or show up during early arrival without prior authorization will be charged a one time $50.00 fee.
