Eligibility Criteria

University of Dayton guest houses may be rented by the following parties:

•     University of Dayton Alumni. All alumni must have graduated four (4) or more years prior to reservation.
•     University of Dayton Departmental guests.
•     Parents of current University of Dayton students.
•     University of Dayton faculty and staff for personal use.

Reservations must be made two (2) weeks in advance with the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Houses are not held without a confirmed reservation.

Guests who meet eligibility criteria may be rented by the house or by the bedroom. If you are renting by the bedroom, you could be sharing a house (common areas) with other guests.

Important Note: Should a guest house or its contents become damaged during a guest's stay, the Renter will be charged for all repairs to or replacement of damaged items. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline future requests for reservations from guests who have damaged guest houses during their stay.
