Please be aware that if you are only renting a bedroom in a house, all houseguests share the common areas in the house such as the kitchen, living room, and bath. Please be considerate of other guests when using these common areas.
Each bedroom key opens the assigned bedroom door and the front and rear exterior entrances to the house. It is recommended that you lock your bedroom door and the exterior doors to the house at all times (including upon departure). Return keys to the location where you received them immediately upon your departure. To protect the security of our guests, if keys are not returned immediately upon departure, there will be a $125.00 lock change charge billed to the guest.
Parking for Guest Houses is located behind the houses.
