Leadership Training Toolbox Express

The Student Development Leadership Training Toolbox Express is an online resource that is provided to equip Student Development staff with fundamental materials to use in department trainings, workshops, conferences, and orientations.  The purpose of the Toolbox Express is to provide a succinct version of the Leadership Toolbox in an easy to follow format. The materials that have been provided online for the Leadership Toolbox Express’ contain all of the necessary materials for implementing a successful program. The Toolbox Express also provides the “Key to Leadership,” which is a table of activities that allows for staff to pick an activity that addresses a specific area of interest or concern. The Key to Leadership connects the activities to values in the Social Change Model of Leadership. 

Goal of the Leadership Training Toolbox Express

The goal of the Leadership Training Toolbox Express is to provide an easy to use, condensed version for Student Development staff needing value-specific programs for a group training session.
