Transfer Students

We have planned an exciting orientation to support you in your transfer experience here at the University of Dayton. Orientation and Move in for transfer students begins on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 8 a.m. As a transfer student, you have your own unique story about your past collegiate experiences. At UD, we are excited to watch you grow and flourish as an involved member of our community. We're confident that you've made the right decision by transferring to UD, and we look forward to helping you make a smooth transition.

Transfer students will meet on Sunday, August 18 at 5:30 p.m. in Kennedy Union to get acquainted with one another, the Orientation schedule, and the campus before attending the community dinner. After dinner we will enjoy some ice cream at the Campus Ministry Ice Cream Social and then attend the social that evening.

The official Transfer Student Welcome will take place on Tuesday, August 20 at 1 p.m. in Kennedy Union. President Curran will be offering his words of welcome, sessions will take place for both students and families, and faculty and staff will be present to answer questions. If  you are a transfer, be sure to attend this required event to become acclimated to the UD campus.
