Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the operations of Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
  • Provide customer service, technical support, and oversee setup and teardown of all events hosted in Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
  • Manage equipment and supplies used in the operations of Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
  • Liaison with Facilities Management on upkeep and improvement projects scheduled within Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
  • Supervise the Student Operations Assistant staff.
  • Supervise Kennedy Union Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Night Operations Manager.
