Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the operations of Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
- Provide customer service, technical support, and oversee setup and teardown of all events hosted in Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
- Manage equipment and supplies used in the operations of Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
- Liaison with Facilities Management on upkeep and improvement projects scheduled within Kennedy Union and the McGinnis Center.
- Supervise the Student Operations Assistant staff.
- Supervise Kennedy Union Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Night Operations Manager.
